Before WriterZen, Limestones faced significant time investment in topic and keyword research, with difficulties aligning content topics with planned keywords and SEO best practices.  Manual competitor analysis during client pitches was also time-consuming, as it required visiting competitors' websites individually.

WriterZen’s Keyword Explorer allowed Limestones to uncover extensive keyword suggestions and trends, while the Domain Keyword Explorer provided insights into competitors' website performance and strategies. 

 

WriterZen’s Topic Discovery facilitated the generation of content ideas, greatly speeding up the process. Additionally, the Content Creator tool became an indispensable aid for writers, acting like an assistant and providing content structure, plagiarism checks, and SEO guidance. 

 

These tools collectively saved Limestones over 40% in man-hours on research and writing, significantly optimizing their workflow and allowing them to allocate time to additional projects and client acquisition.

 

The Results

 

Limestones’ partnership with WriterZen since September 2023 has yielded impressive results for their clients. For Client A, there was an increase in total clicks and total impressions on Google Analytics between August and September 2023. Specifically, total clicks rose from 359 to 489, and total impressions increased from 9.83K to 12.5K.

 

 

Another client experienced a decrease in total impressions but a significant increase in total clicks, from 2.21K to 3.71K, after using WriterZen. This indicates a more targeted approach, leading to higher engagement rates. The average position in search results also improved dramatically, dropping from 14.7 to 11.9, suggesting that content visibility and SEO ranking have benefited from the WriterZen tools and strategies implemented by Limestones.
